Lay frame facedown on soft cloth. Bend flexible tabs up with knife.

Remove both mat boards from the frame.

Set the top mat board aside and locate the mat board with the square and circular cutout and double-sided tape.

Position the CD booklet inside the square cutout.

Open the CD booklet and place the CD in the circular cutout. Close the CD booklet.

Remove the release liner from the double-sided tape.

Carefully align the top mat over the CD & CD booklet. Press down on the top mat for 10 seconds to adhere securely.

Gently flip mat boards over and lower them into the frame.

Secure the backing board by bending down flexible tabs with knife.
