Lay frame facedown on soft cloth. Bend flexible tabs up with knife.

Remove both mat boards from the frame.

Set the top mat board aside and locate the mat board with the rectangular cutout and double-sided tape.

Position the comic book inside the rectangular cutout.

Remove the release liner from the double-sided tape.

Carefully align the top mat over the comic book. Press down on the top mat for 10 seconds to adhere securely.

Gently flip mat boards over and lower them into the frame.

Secure the backing board by bending down flexible tabs with knife.
